Job summary

ASRC Federal Mission Solutions in Colorado Springs, CO, is seeking highly motivated Systems Engineers to support real-time defense systems. The role focuses on developing high-fidelity missile threat models and defense software for the Missile Defense Agency.

This onsite position requires a DoD clearance, MBSE experience, and familiarity with CAMEO. You will collaborate with customers and analysts to capture requirements and deliver accurate threat representations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in STEM with required experience
• Master’s in STEM with 3+ years experience or PhD in STEM
• Active DoD secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred) and ability to obtain/maintain clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver threat missile models and defense software for MDA/MDS
• Collaborate with customers, threat analysts, and engineers to capture requirements
• Ensure MBSE models reflect missile flight characteristics and signatures
