Harborview Medical Center’s Department of Public Safety seeks a Public Safety Threat Manager to lead the threat management program, coordinate assessments, and guide risk reduction for high-profile personnel and the hospital community.

You will chair the multidisciplinary Threat Management Team, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop training, policies, and standards to strengthen workforce safety.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, emergency management or related field is required.
• Seven years in healthcare public safety, law enforcement, threat assessment or related areas.
• Three years of leadership or program management experience.
• Experience conducting investigations and handling sensitive cases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Harborview’s Public Safety Threat Management Program and coordinate threat assessment activities.
• Chair or co-chair Harborview’s multidisciplinary Threat Management Team (TMT).
• Support compliance with Washington workplace violence laws including RCW 49.19.
• Collect, analyze and disseminate threat intelligence from internal and external sources.
• Conduct risk assessments for executives, board members and high-profile visitors.
• Develop and deliver training programs.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures and standards.
