Job summary

10a Labs is seeking a backend engineer to design, test, and maintain AI-powered backend services for high-stakes safety and threat investigations. You will work with investigators and engineers to improve platform reliability and observability, while participating in rotating on-call coverage, including weekends and holidays.

This is a 1-year contract, full-time, remote position with a competitive salary. Ideal candidates have strong Python and backend experience, and familiarity with REST APIs,
