Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a Threat Management Analyst to support identification, assessment, and mitigation of threats against employees, executives, talent, and assets. This role collaborates with security, legal, HR, and law enforcement to develop escalation and mitigation strategies.

Responsibilities include monitoring threats, conducting behavioral threat assessments, managing case records, utilizing OSINT and digital forensics, and supporting Workplace Violence programs while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Security Management, or related field.
• 2+ years in threat management, investigations, corporate security, or related fields.
• Experience conducting threat assessments, investigations, and security risk analysis.
• Experience in crisis intervention or crisis response.
• Familiarity with Workplace Violence program requirements and behavioral threat assessment models.
• Strong analytical, research, and investigative skills including OSINT and digital forensics.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple investigations simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills for non-security stakeholders.
• Experience with case management systems and security intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and investigate threats against employees, executives, and talent.
• Conduct behavioral threat assessments and provide intelligence analysis.
• Conduct emotionally attuned fact finding and safety planning interviews.
• Support the management and resolution of Workplace Violence cases and investigations.
• Utilize OSINT, forensic analysis, and investigative tools to track threats and document findings.
• Coordinate with security, legal, HR, and law enforcement to develop action plans.
• Maintain detailed records in case management systems and reports.
• Develop and implement workplace violence prevention strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments for high-risk individuals and events.
• Provide training on threat identification and response to internal teams.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure coordinated threat mitigation.
• Liaise with law enforcement and external partners on active investigations.
• Stay updated on threat trends and best practices in security investigations.
