Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) is seeking a Threat Management Analyst to support identification, assessment, and mitigation of threats against employees, executives, talent, and assets. You’ll work with security, legal, HR, and law enforcement partners to coordinate proactive risk responses.

In this hybrid Los Angeles role, you will monitor threats, conduct behavioral assessments, perform OSINT-based investigations, and help manage Workplace Violence initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a security or related field.
• 2+ years in threat management, investigations, or corporate security.
• Experience with threat assessments and security risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and investigate threats against employees, executives, and talent.
• Conduct behavioral threat assessments and provide intelligence analysis.
• Support Workplace Violence program and incident response.
• Coordinate with security, legal, HR, and law enforcement to plan actions.
• Maintain records in case management systems and use OSINT tools.
