Job summary

PDI Technologies is seeking a senior leader to own threat intelligence, threat hunting, and detection engineering for our SOC. You will build the clearest picture of who targets our industries and translate it into detections, hunts, and guidance to protect thousands of customers.

This role offers remote collaboration across teams, with room to shape methodology, tooling, and AI-assisted workflows while partnering with SOC, Incident Response, and Security Engineering leaders to improve detection

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity focusing on threat intelligence, hunting, incident response, or detection engineering.
• Experience leading technical security teams and collaborating with SOC, product, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Own intelligence lifecycle from collection to feedback and delivery.
• Develop detections, hunts, and guidance to protect 12,000+ customers.
• Lead and coach a remote team of analysts and detection engineers.
