Job summary

InterSystems in Boston is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join the Cybersecurity Department. You will collect and analyze threat data, triage alerts, and coordinate remediation across business units to strengthen security posture.

The role requires 3+ years of corporate experience, OS and networking knowledge, and Python skills. Certifications in Sec+/CTIA/GPEN are preferred, with cloud infra certs valued. InterSystems offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

At least 3+ years of relevant corporate experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or similar field preferred.
Strong understanding of operating systems and networking.
Experience with Python.
Security certifications such as Sec+, Net+, A+ preferred.
Threat intelligence certifications such as GCTI, CTIA preferred.
Penetration testing certifications such as GPEN, CEH, GXPN preferred.
Infrastructure certifications related to Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred.

Responsibilities

Intelligence Gathering & Analysis: monitor feeds to identify emerging TTPs and indicators; synthesize into actionable intelligence.
Alert Triaging: maintain 24/7 visibility; triage alerts to distinguish benign vs high-priority threats.
Vulnerability Assessment & Management: identify weaknesses; prioritize risk and coordinate remediation.
Incident Response: support IR during active breaches and root-cause analysis.
