Job summary

Vanguard is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to identify, analyze, and communicate cyber threats impacting the organization. You will produce actionable intelligence for cybersecurity operations, incident response, risk management, and executives.

The role focuses on transforming threat data into intelligence products to support detection, response, and strategic risk decisions. Collaboration with SOC, Threat Hunting, and Forensics teams is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence or related cybersecurity disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK, Diamond Model, Intelligence Lifecycle, Kill Chain.
• Familiarity with threat actor TTPs and malware trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information from multiple sources and develop actionable assessments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor open-source, commercial, government, and industry sources for emerging cyber threats.
• Research threat actors, malware campaigns, vulnerabilities, and geopolitical developments.
• Identify, assess, and contextualize IOCs, TTPs.
• Develop intelligence reports, briefings, alerts, and situational awareness products.
• Support incident response and investigations with intelligence enrichment.
• Brief cybersecurity teams and risk partners on threats.
