Job summary

Zoomcar is seeking an engineer to join the Threat Intelligence team at SecurityScorecard to bridge research and engineering. This role is pivotal in transforming research outputs into production-ready artifacts like detection rules and distribution feeds, directly impacting security operations.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years in a hands-on engineering role with exposure to threat intelligence.
• Prior experience building production systems consuming or emitting threat intel data.
• Hands-on experience in security research and detection engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own the path from research output to production-ready artifact.
• Build and maintain STRIKE platform components across multiple services.
• Coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure research enters product.

Skills

Python and TypeScript/Node

Relational and cache data stores

Cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)

Working knowledge of STIX 2.1, TAXII 2.1, MISP

Experience using language models in production

Education

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
