Job summary

SOSi is seeking a Threat Finance Analyst in Tampa, FL. The role supports Theater Special Operations Commands by overseeing financial operations, performing OSINT-driven analysis, and auditing financial workbooks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include data fusion across sources, pattern-of-life analysis, and briefing leaders on financial threats and opportunities for disruption. A TS/SCI clearance and a related degree are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance; CI poly optional.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• 8 years of financial, accounting, or business experience to include financial support to special operations.
• Most recent 4 years of experience must have been within USSOCOM.
• Knowledgeable about USG funding mechanisms, programs, and fiscal policies.
• Skilled at analyzing financial documents, transaction records, and data to identify patterns and vulnerabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze specific foreign financial activities.
• Aggregate and fuse multi-modal transactional data and identity.
• Prepare and integrate financial data from all available sources.
• Understand payment relationships, revenue-generation, and money-laundering methods.
• Apply statistical techniques including flows analysis and visualization.
• Query and analyze large datasets from sources like BSA, international transfers, and crypto.
