Qualifications

• Experience with incident handling frameworks (NIST or equivalent).
• End-to-end cyber incident lifecycle awareness from detection to closure.
• Experience coordinating with IR teams, SOC, and business units.

Responsibilities

• Develop diagnostic tools and monitoring protocols; resolve incidents with root-cause analysis.
• Conduct IT infrastructure evaluations, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Create scalable, secure IT infrastructure solutions and optimize deployment processes.
• Implement robust change management to minimize risk during updates.
• Analyze system performance and design monitoring to prevent bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with multi-vendor teams to ensure project execution and knowledge sharing.
