Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with security tools such as scanners, monitoring and detection, malware protection.
• Experience across multiple computer platforms, OS, networks and security products.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, detect, analyze, and report security alerts for customer environments.
• Investigate incidents and prepare end-of-shift documentation for handoff.
• Tune and mature security services through product improvements.
• Lead communication with clients per approved plans.
