Our Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students with meaningful, real‑world corporate experience while helping build a strong, long‑term talent pipeline for American National. The program blends hands‑on, role‑related project work with intentional learning, leadership exposure, business education, and relationship‑building opportunities.

Our 2027 summer internship program begins on Monday, May 24 and ends on Friday, August 6. An optional extension to August 13 is available. Intern positions are paid hourly with a full‑time schedule of Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, for the entirety of the program.

Team Description

The Threat and Vulnerability Management team helps protect American National by identifying, assessing, and reducing security risks across the enterprise. As an intern, you'll gain exposure to vulnerability management processes, security tools, and remediation efforts that support the organization's overall cybersecurity strategy.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
