Job summary

Keystone Threaded Products, a family-owned manufacturer in Valley View, OH, seeks a Roll Threading Technician on first shift to set up and operate thread rolling equipment and meet setup and piece-per-hour targets. Prior roll threading helps, but mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic are essential.

You’ll log data in the ERP, follow safety policies, and pursue 6‑S and 2‑Second Lean improvements while maintaining traceability and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specs.
• Understanding of measuring tools and quality data.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate thread rolling equipment to meet standards.
• Maximize machine uptime and maintain safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Record setup, production time, piece counts, and downtime in the ERP.
• Tackle 6‑S and 2‑Second Lean improvements during downtime.
• Ensure traceability and proper handling of parts.
