Work location: Remote

Work hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, occasional travel within the DFW metroplex.

What You Will Do :

  1. Environment of Care (EOC) Management: Planning, implementation, and management of OSHA, Life Safety, Emergency Preparedness, and Management programs within Federal/State and THR guidelines. (30%)
  2. Education and Training: Educating, training, and coaching facility staff and leadership on EOC issues, OSHA, Life Safety, Emergency Management, Joint Commission, EPA, NFPA, DEA, TDH-DSHS, etc. (30%)
  3. Safety Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and analyzing safety reports from surveillance of medical office practices, conducting interviews related to EOC, OSHA, Emergency Management, and Hazardous Materials, maintaining reporting documents, and escalating urgent findings to the Director of Risk Management. Supporting regulatory compliance training and delivery. (30%)
  4. Committee Participation: Attending and participating in relevant committee and organization meetings, coordinating plans to ensure regulatory compliance. (10%)
