Job summary

Transcend Softech LLC is seeking a ThoughtSpot BI specialist with a strong SQL foundation to develop dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will design KPIs, validate data, and communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency in ThoughtSpot, Tableau, and Power BI is required, with 5+ years of hands-on SQL experience and a proven ability to deliver actionable analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL experience including writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data validation logic.
• Proven experience building BI reports, dashboards and visualizations.
• Experience with ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in SQL and BI reporting/dashboard development in ThoughtSpot, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI platforms is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience developing BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Thoughtspot BI tool.
• Familiarity with reporting best practices, and KPI/metric design.
• 5+ years' experience with Strong hands-on experience with SQL including writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and data validation logic.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
