Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Finance, Economics, or related.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional writing and editing in financial services.
• Knowledge of financial markets, investing, macroeconomics, wealth management, and workplace benefits.
• Ability to translate complex financial topics into clear content.
• Portfolio demonstrating versatility across long-form thought leadership, promotional copy, video scripts, articles, exec summaries.
• Exceptional copyediting, proofreading, research, and citation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and collaborate with senior leaders and SMEs.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, and edit financial content across multiple formats.
• Develop thought leadership and educational content on wealth management, markets, investing.
• Translate complex financial concepts into accessible information.
• Tailor messaging for B2B audiences and individual employees.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and subject-matter experts to develop content.
• Copyedit, proofread, and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate editorial, legal, and compliance review processes.
• Prepare and publish internal communications and updates.
• Maintain weekly digital content updates using HTML templates.
• Support digital publishing across intranet platforms.
• Manage content deliverables from concept to publication.
