Job summary

Vanguard seeks a senior editorial strategist to transform research and expert insights into advisor-facing thought leadership. You will partner with editorial strategy leaders, researchers, portfolio managers, and marketing to define priorities and shape narratives for financial advisors.

You will oversee writing and editing of articles, bylines, and presentations, ensuring Vanguard's voice and standards are reflected in every piece. A deep background in wealth/asset management is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of editorial strategy, financial journalism, content development, or related fields.
• Experience working in wealth management, asset management, or investment research.
• Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear content for professional audiences.
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to identify meaningful stories and trends.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
