Job summary

Vanguard in Malvern is seeking an experienced editorial strategist to transform research and expertise into advisor-facing thought leadership. You will partner with researchers, portfolio managers, and marketing to shape priorities and craft distinctive narratives.

You will write and edit articles, ensure editorial excellence, and translate complex investment topics into clear insights for financial advisors. A deep familiarity with wealth management is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in editorial strategy or related fields.
• Experience working in wealth management, asset management, or investment research.
• Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing, and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex subject matter into compelling content for professional audiences.
• Experience working closely with senior stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to identify meaningful stories, trends, and opportunities.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Editorial strategy and content development: partner with editorial strategy leaders to develop and execute content agendas aligned with business priorities.
• Reporting and subject matter expertise: conduct interviews with internal and external experts and synthesize insights.
• Writing and editing: write and edit articles, thought leadership, presentations, and web content.
• Research and thought leadership: identify opportunities for proprietary studies and turn findings into thought leadership.
• Stakeholder partnership: balance priorities and maintain editorial standards across diverse teams.
