Job summary

The role is field-based, senior, and non-sales, reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and Thought Leader Liaison, focusing on disease education, referral pathways and market development. The TLL builds trusted relationships with national and regional thought leaders and centers, coordinating with MSLs and Account Managers to address barriers to earlier recognition and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical, scientific, public health or business degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills with ability to engage senior clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional plans aligned with national strategy and launch priorities.
• Engage national and regional thought leaders and professional centers.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Account Manager to translate insights into action.
• Lead congress and professional meeting engagement strategies.
• Travel >50% of the time and manage relationship networks across the region.
