Qualificações

• Graduate of a nursing program recognized by ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA.
• One year of RN experience required.
• BSN within five years of RN start date for some hires.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and IT skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nursing care and patient/family education across care continuum.
• Support multidisciplinary teams to provide care for ICU patients (thoracic, vascular, other specialties).
• Discharge planning and patient education.
• May serve as preceptor and lead initiatives; participate in quality improvement.
