Qualifications

• Previous experience as a first assistant, preferably in cardiac or thoracic surgery.
• Must maintain certification requirements.
• Current Virginia medical license and DEA number.

• Assist surgeons on advanced heart and lung cases.
• Perform high-quality clinical practices under supervision.
• Participate in quality and best practice initiatives.
