Job summary

Intermountain Health in Utah County is recruiting a General Thoracic Surgeon to join the Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery program. You will help build and expand a comprehensive thoracic surgery service, working with an established team to lead growth and innovation in patient care.

The role offers broad collaboration with general surgery and multidisciplinary teams, with strong APP support and access to advanced robotic technology.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Thoracic Surgeons.
  • Unrestricted UT license, or able to obtain Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
  • DEA Registration schedules II-V
  • Experienced surgeons seeking program-building opportunities
  • Current fellows completing training who are eager to grow within a supportive environment

Responsibilities

  • Focus exclusively on thoracic surgery with no cardiac call responsibilities.
  • Help build and expand a comprehensive thoracic surgery program.

Build the Future of Thoracic Surgery Intermountain Health is seeking a General Thoracic Surgeon to join our growing Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery program in Utah County. As our program continues to evolve, you will work alongside an established team of cardiothoracic surgeons while leading the growth of advanced thoracic surgical services. Opportunity Highlights
