Job summary

Thompson Savannah is seeking a Server Assistant to support the Food Server in Bar Julian & Fleeting, delivering luxury service and anticipatory guest care.

You will assist with clearing, cleaning, stocking, and setting tables; ensure cleanliness; connect with guests and provide friendly, attentive service; be flexible to work across outlets.

This role demands stamina, clear communication, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced shifts in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Serving teams with anything they may need that aligns with job related duties
• You will be responsible for clearing, cleaning and setting up tables with all guest needs.
• Connect with the guests and provide anticipatory service to meet the guests needs.
• You will be responsible to stock all restaurant equipment.
• Assist servers during meal period as well as expediting orders during busy hours
• Reach-in cooler is clean and organize
• Dust all tables to include table legs.
• Check off and pick-up storeroom supplies
• Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications
• Station set-up.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership
