Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License/certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to be a team player in diverse environments.
• Must be punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse tasks including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within contract performance guidelines and ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, and totes induction.
• Handle paperwork related to warehouse operations (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
