Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Lansing, MI is hiring Warehouse Forklift Operators and Material Handlers to support automotive parts distribution. Roles include sit-down forklift and tugger operation with weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth.

Pay ranges: $18.72–$19.15 per hour with overtime pay and a $1.00 shift premium on Second Shift. Schedule is Second Shift Mon-Fri 2:30pm–11:00pm, with overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to work within a diverse environment.
• Punctuality and good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate forklift and assist with various packing operations.
• Maintain accuracy in picking, packing, and loading activities.
• Handle daily paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading.
• Provide support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
