Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Lansing, MI is hiring Warehouse Forklift Operators and Material Handlers. Earn $18.72–$19.15 per hour with overtime and shift premiums, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits in a safety‑driven, team‑oriented environment.

Positions involve sit‑down forklift and stand‑up tugger work, flexible shifts (Third Shift), and opportunities across US distribution. Training supported; strong emphasis on safety and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Must be punctual with good attendance, detail oriented and reliable.

Responsabilités

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving and forklift operation.
• Audit, tote induction, staging of products and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Follow performance guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
