Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years in production or food manufacturing
• One to two years in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership, safety and quality awareness

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to production workers; assign daily tasks and ensure targets are met
• Coordinate workflows, monitor lines and ensure equipment readiness
• Enforce safety protocols and company policies
• Conduct training and development for new hires and existing staff
• Monitor quality, investigate issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with other departments
