Job summary

Ventek Solutions in Shelbyville, KY, is seeking an experienced Third Shift Supervisor to lead safety, quality, and productivity on the night shift. This role supervises and develops production employees at the Shelbyville facility, with shift hours Monday 5:30am to Friday 3:00pm.

No relocation support provided, on-site position. You will drive cost control, lean initiatives, and continuous improvement while building a strong safety culture and high employee engagement in a high-performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in production supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program and ensure OSHA/compliance.
• Supervise and develop shift employees, hiring and scheduling.
• Drive daily production to meet safety, quality, productivity, cost targets.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to resolve issues and improve shift performance.
