Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass background check and alcohol/drug test.
• Forklift Certification preferred.
• Pay: $18.10-$21.60 per hour (may vary by location and experience).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight onto and off equipment.
• Prepare, sweep, inspect and clean trailers before loading.
• Use safe lifting techniques and select proper handling equipment.
• Weigh and dimension shipments; verify classification and staging.
• Check manifests, freight bills and hazardous material documents as required.
• Block and brace freight to prevent shifting during transport.
