Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Forklift Operators in Chambersburg, PA. Earn $21.00 per hour with an additional $1.50 per hour on third shift.

Schedule is third shift: Thu-Sat 6:00 pm–6:00 am, and Wed 12:00 am–6:00 am. Weekly pay, paid training, benefits, and a path for growth are offered. As a Ryder Warehouse Associate you’ll work in clean, organized facilities to support safe supply chain operations across the US.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Able to work within a diverse work environment.
• Punctual with good attendance and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Work within contract performance guidelines and ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, and tote induction.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
