Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a driven TPRM Risk Analyst II to support end-to-end third-party risk management and vendor assessments.

You will collaborate with business units, Legal, Compliance, and Information Security to assess risks, monitor remediation, and ensure regulatory alignment. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of risk experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of OCC/NIST/COSO frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management or related risk disciplines.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, due diligence reviews, and control evaluations.
• Working knowledge of TPRM frameworks, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with OCC, FFIEC, FDIC, CFPB, NIST, COBIT, and COSO guidance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to convey risk clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Third-Party Risk Assessments & Due Diligence: Conduct risk assessments and due diligence reviews for new and existing third-party relationships.
• Lifecycle Management: Support vendor onboarding, ongoing monitoring, contract renewals, and termination activities.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance: Collaborate with business units, Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Information Security, Privacy, and Operational Risk teams to facilitate risk reviews.
• Reporting & Program Support: Maintain vendor records, generate reports and dashboards, and support governance practices.
• Other Responsibilities: Serve as primary contact for assigned business areas and participate in special projects.
