Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a detail-oriented TPRM Analyst to support end-to-end third-party risk assessments across Information Security, Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams. You will coordinate with VRMs, SMEs, and business units to move vendor risk activities through established SLAs while maintaining documentation and data quality.

The role emphasizes strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in a dynamic environment, with a focus on process improvements and risk-based decision

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in third-party risk management, supplier/vendor management, procurement, compliance, operational risk, audit, cybersecurity, or related discipline.
• Familiarity with risk management concepts, control environments, and due diligence practices.
• Experience working with workflow, procurement, GRC, or TPRM platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and third parties.

Responsibilities

• Support intake and triage of new and existing third-party requests through TPRM systems and workflows.
• Coordinate and execute inherent risk assessments and due diligence activities for vendor products and services.
• Review questionnaires, documentation, and risk artifacts for completeness before escalation or SME review.
• Track documentation, outreach, and follow-ups to ensure timely movement through service levels.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to gather information for third-party risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate records in TPRM systems of record, including risk ratings, findings, and remediation actions.
