Job summary

Broadridge Financial Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented TPRM Analyst to move third-party risk assessments through intake, triage, and SME review. You will partner with VRMs, business units, and SMEs across Information Security, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance.

This remote role requires strong data discipline, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering timely remediation, monitoring, and reporting for audits and governance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in third-party risk management or related field.
• Familiar with risk management concepts, controls, and due diligence.
• Experience with workflow, GRC, or TPRM platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large data/documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support intake and triage of third-party requests through TPRM systems.
• Coordinate and execute inherent risk assessments and due diligence for vendors.
• Review questionnaires and risk artifacts for completeness and quality.
• Track documentation and follow up to meet service levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to gather information.
• Maintain records of risk ratings, findings, approvals, remediation actions, and lifecycle status updates.
• Support remediation tracking and timely issue resolution.
• Assist with ongoing monitoring, reassessments, evidence collection.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reporting for management, audits, and regulatory inquiries.
• Identify data quality gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain TPRM documentation and relationships across teams.
