Job Responsibilities:
- Perform third-party risk assessments and analyze the risk level of engagements with new and existing vendors.
- Analyze due diligence documentation to determine risk assessment ratings.
- Coordinate inputs from risk subject matter experts, vendor documentation, and conversations with lines of business to develop risk assessments.
- Write risk summaries to communicate key risks and assigned risk levels.
- Monitor, analyze, and maintain vendor information and documentation.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience and knowledge in third-party risk management preferred.
- Preferred certification in Certified Regulatory Vendor Program Manager (CRVPM).
- Review and challenge vendor due diligence and risk assessments.
- Build relationships and articulate risks and risk mitigation.
- Bring industry-leading standards, practices, and tools to the organization.
- Excellent leadership, integrity, and credibility.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of the Federal Financial Institutions Exam Council (FFIEC) guidance and manuals.
