Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting the organization’s Enterprise Risk Management program, specifically to enhance and further mature the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Business Continuity/Operational Resilience Program (BCP). The goal is to ensure ACI meets and exceeds regulatory and contractual requirements. These programs gather information to identify risks, take necessary steps to mitigate those risks, and manage potential impacts of business interruptions. Additionally, the role supports ongoing enhancement of ACI’s TPRM and BCP tools, produces risk reports, conducts risk analyses, and provides training and guidance to key stakeholders and business partners throughout each program lifecycle. The position involves working across the company to implement processes, review metrics, and ensure programs are audit-ready and compliant, fostering a risk-aware culture within ACI.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying risks through formal mechanisms like program frameworks, established TPRM and BCP processes, and procedures, as well as informal mechanisms such as stakeholder touchpoints and discussions.
  • Develop assessment questionnaires to evaluate the criticality of ACI and third-party products and services, ensuring accurate data collection and assessment results. Support strategic risk programs.
  • Own and maintain key processes within the program framework, including communication, process adherence, effective challenge, plan development, process improvement, policy creation, documentation, tools, risk escalation, and reporting.
  • Coordinate and track business continuity exercises across ACI’s sites and teams, managing findings and remediation plans.
  • Administer emergency communication exercises using ACI’s alert tools.
  • Engage with Disaster Recovery teams to monitor product development, assess planning and readiness, and develop exercises and reports.
  • Participate in corporate crisis management activities, collecting assessments, tracking activities, and reporting.
  • Manage GRC tools used for TPRM and BCP requirements, including assessments, documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Oversee onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding of third-party vendors, ensuring compliance and conducting risk assessments of vendors.
  • Develop and deliver training on third-party risk management and business continuity practices.
  • Build strong relationships across all lines of defense, acting as a trusted advisor and coordinating risk mitigation efforts.
  • Participate in customer assessments and contract reviews to ensure policy compliance.
  • Support the development of an integrated risk framework, including policies and processes.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly risk assessments and executing risk assessments for high-risk operations.
  • Partner with functional groups to ensure risk mitigation actions are taken and develop training materials for enterprise risk programs.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies, including the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in enterprise, third-party, business continuity, operational risk management, or risk assessment/analysis.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Project management and coordination experience.
  • Experience with GRC applications is desirable.

Work Environment:

  • Standard office environment.
  • Majority of time spent on PC (physical requirements).
