Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Summit is seeking a part-time associate to lead operations in the absence of the store manager and assistant manager. The role includes opening/closing the store, stocking shelves, and displaying merchandise to drive sales.

The position requires 1–3 years relevant experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening. Beginning pay is $13.33 per hour with confidential handling of applicant information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Requires some travel.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Act as store leader in absence of store manager and assistant store manager.
• Open and close the store in the absence of management.
• Stock shelves and set up merchandise displays according to plan.
• Pull outdated merchandise for salvage disposal and promote sales.
