Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Summit is seeking a part-time store leader at the Teays Valley location to help run daily operations in the absence of the store and assistant store managers.

You will open and close the store, stock shelves and displays, remove outdated merchandise, and arrange items to promote sales.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience, some travel, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Acts as store leader in absence of store manager and assistant store manager.

• Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise consistent with rotation schedule and store/department layout.
• Pulls outdated merchandise from sales floor according to established procedures and prepares for salvage disposal.
• Sets up and arranges merchandise displays on counters or tables to promote sales.
