Qualifications

• Hold a valid New York State Elementary Education certification or be eligible through reciprocity.
• Bachelor's Degree in Education required; Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction.
• Differentiate instruction, small-group learning, and center-based activities.
• Assess and monitor student performance toward grade-level and state standards.
• Maintain accurate records on attendance, assessments, and grades.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
