Job summary

REACH Academy Charter School in Buffalo, NY is seeking a dedicated Elementary Education Teacher for a second-grade co-taught setting with a special education teacher. The candidate will implement engaging, standards-based instruction and differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs.

Responsibilities

Utilize the REACH curriculum and available instructional technology to support student learning.
Assess, monitor, and analyze student performance to ensure progress toward standards.
Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment with strong classroom management.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding progress and behavior.
