• Strong mechanical inclination and interest in Caterpillar equipment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality at school and internship site.
• Willingness to learn and follow program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Foley's safety culture and guidelines.
• Work with mentors to learn shop procedures and system operations.
• Attend ThinkBIG school and complete assignments on time; remain in good standing.
• Support travel for training or assistance at Foley locations when required.
