• Reduce wafer scrap and yield losses related to equipment.

• Drive maintenance cost reductions and mitigate obsolescence.
• Use metrics to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.

• Equipment – Thin Films: AMAT Endura - both PVD/CVD (TxZ), AMAT Centura (HDP and DxZ), AMAT Producer (SACVD), Novellus Concept 2 (Speed, Sequel, and Altus)
• Budget - $3.2M in 2023 for Spares/Consumables

onsemi is seeking a Thin Film EQ Maintenance manager in our Gresham site. This position is a key player at onsemi’s 200mm semiconductor fab manufacturing facility. You will manage a dynamic team of engineers and technicians responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and supporting a fleet of (Thin Films) tools. Your team’s execution has a direct impact on the company’s strategic plan to optimize capacity and factory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

Preferred

• 2-5 years of previous supervisory/management experience
• Equipment engineering or maintenance background
