Job summary

RTP Company, headquartered in Winona, Minnesota, is a global compounder of custom engineered thermoplastics. The Machine Operator will set up and operate thermoplastic extrusion equipment to blend, mix, package, and transport materials for customer products.

2nd shift 3pm–11pm, with potential overtime including weekends and rotating schedules. Training on 1st shift for 2 weeks. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate machinery to mix/extrude materials following procedures.
• Weigh ingredients and ensure correct delivery to equipment and pre-blended materials.
• Monitor production and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation and quality.
• Package finished pellets and maintain logs, data reports and records.
