Job summary

RTP Company, headquartered in Winona, Minnesota, is a global compounder of custom engineered thermoplastics. The position reports to the Sheet Division in Goodview, MN and involves setting up extrusion equipment, blending materials, and packaging finished products.

The role requires adherence to safety standards and ISO procedures, with 2nd shift hours 3-11pm and potential weekend overtime. Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and forklift/manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, start, and operate machinery to mix, extrude, discharge, or handle materials according to operating procedures ensuring continuous strands and adherence to ISO standards.
• Weigh ingredients to meet specifications and feed into machinery or ensure correct ingredients are delivered to the work area.
• Monitor production and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Troubleshoot equipment and processing issues.
• Document work and maintain data integrity.
