Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking production operators in the Denver, CO area to run layup, consolidation, waterjet, trim, and press operations. This role requires 1–3 years of related manufacturing experience and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.

We offer an hourly pay range of $16.50–$25.00 with ownership for all employees. We are an Equal Opportunity employer and provide accommodations upon request.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related operating experience in manufacturing or a similar setting.
• Preferred experience with layup, consolidator, waterjet, trim, and/or press.
• Able to pass drug screen and background check.
• No high school degree required.

Responsibilities

• Run hourly production and quality checks, and log downtime with root causes.
• Inspect finished goods; quarantine and report any nonconforming output.
• Tackle extra responsibilities as business needs evolve.
• Maintain an orderly, audit-ready work area.
• Share information across departments to keep safety, quality, and throughput aligned.
• Diagnose and correct issues; clean, adjust, and make minor repairs to keep equipment at peak performance.
• Lead with safety—verify guards and barriers, eliminate hazards, and follow standards and procedures.
• Cross-train and serve as a reliable backup across multiple operator roles.
