Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Machine Operator to keep the automotive production line running smoothly in our Denver-area facility. You will operate equipment through the full layup-through-trimming cell, perform routine maintenance, and help uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, familiarity with layup/consolidator/waterjet/trim/press machines, and a strong focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Experience on layup, consolidator, waterjet, trim, and/or press machines preferred.

Oribi Manufacturing, located in Denver, CO, is a leader in the development and production of advanced thermoplastic composites. We utilize automation, robotics, and advanced materials to produce advanced composite parts for a wide range of industries, including sporting goods, defense, wind energy, automotive, marine, and others.

Who we are looking for

This role keeps our automotive value stream running by setting up, operating, and troubleshooting the machinery that brings high-quality products to life. Working within a full layup-through-trimming production cell, the Machine Operator ensures equipment runs smoothly and at capacity, stays properly maintained through periodic tests and repairs, and consistently meets quality standards. From staging and setup to operation and shutdown, this hands-on position plays a key part in maintaining safety, quality, and a smooth flow of production information throughout the facility .

What you will get to do

• Take ownership of running the machinery across our full layup-through-trimming production cell—from staging and setup to operation, shutdown, and housekeeping.
• Keep equipment running at its best by maintaining, troubleshooting, adjusting, cleaning, and handling minor repairs.
• Champion safety by monitoring the work area for hazards and inspecting equipment for safety barriers and defects.
• Train on production equipment and machinery in a safe, productive manner.
• Operate your assigned machine and serve as a backup across various operator positions.
• Accurately complete hourly quality and production reports, logging any downtime and its cause.
• Ensure quality by inspecting finished products, catching nonconforming items, and reporting defects to the right people.
• Maintain a clean, organized production area.
• Collaborate across departments to keep safety, quality, and production information flowing throughout the facility.
• Uphold a safe, healthy work environment by following standards, procedures, and regulations.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team.

What you bring to the team

• No high school degree is required.
• One to three years of similar or related experience.
• Experience on the following machines strongly preferred, layup, consolidator, waterjet, trim, and/or press.

Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Compensation for this role is between $16.50 and $25.00 per hour depending upon relevant experience
