  • Strong attention to detail to identify non-conforming products.
  • Must follow complex safety protocols and pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operation of production machinery, including layup, consolidation, and trimming.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct rigorous quality control inspections on finished parts to ensure specs.
  • Maintain accurate production logs of hourly output, downtime, and quality metrics.
  • Uphold safety standards by identifying hazards and ensuring barriers are functional.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow and data communication.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace to support lean manufacturing.

As a Production Machine Operator, you will be the driving force behind our automotive production line, ensuring that high-quality components are manufactured efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end operation of production machinery, including layup, consolidation, and trimming processes.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime and maximize machine performance.
  • Conduct rigorous quality control inspections on finished parts to ensure adherence to strict technical specifications.
  • Maintain accurate production logs, documenting hourly output, downtime causes, and quality metrics.
  • Uphold a high standard of workplace safety by identifying hazards and ensuring all equipment safety barriers are functional.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow and effective communication of operational data.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace to support lean manufacturing principles.
Required Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial machine operation environment.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic equipment adjustments.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify non-conforming products.
  • Ability to follow complex safety protocols and operational procedures consistently.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Preferred Skills
  • Direct experience operating waterjet, press, or composite layup machinery.
  • Familiarity with advanced thermoplastic composite materials.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, automated production cell environment.
