Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated’s Infrared Training Center seeks an experienced Thermography Instructor to deliver advanced certification programs across industrial maintenance settings.

You will conduct approximately 30–35 instructor-led courses annually in classroom, onsite, and virtual formats, contributing to curriculum development and practical guidance for field professionals.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, applied science, or related field; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered.
• Proven hands-on experience performing infrared inspections and condition assessments in industrial or utility environments.
• Excellent instructional, facilitation, and communication skills for adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver thermography certification and application training in alignment with established course materials and standards.
• Teach 33–35 instructor-led courses annually across classroom, onsite, and virtual environments.
• Develop and update curriculum, practical exercises, examinations, and digital learning resources.
