Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering, applied science, or a related technical field; equivalent hands-on experience accepted.
• Extensive infrared inspections and condition assessment experience in industrial or facility environments.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety practices, PPE, and risk mitigation near energized equipment.
• Experience working around energized equipment in controlled industrial environments with safety focus.
• Solid understanding of infrared imaging technology and heat transfer in real-world applications.
• Familiarity with PdM technologies like vibration analysis, ultrasound, and oil analysis; RCM knowledge.
• Familiarity with ISO and ASNT certification standards (e.g., ISO 18436-7, ISO 9712, ASNT SNT-TC-1A, CP-105).

Responsibilities

• Deliver thermography certification and training aligned with course materials and standards.
• Teach 33–35 instructor-led courses annually across classroom, onsite, and virtual environments.
• Lead lectures, hands-on demonstrations, and practical exercises for adult learners.
• Adapt instruction for students with varying technical backgrounds and learning styles.
• Maintain high classroom professionalism, safety, and participation.
• Provide mentorship on certification paths and skill development.
• Evaluate student comprehension with quizzes and exams, providing feedback.
• Support exam administration and secure handling of materials.
