Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Thermography Instructor to deliver advanced certification programs for industrial maintenance applications. You will teach approximately 30–33 courses annually across classroom, onsite, and virtual environments, while contributing to curriculum development and practical guidance.

The ideal candidate has extensive field experience, strong instructional skills, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; hands-on industry experience also considered.
• Experience performing infrared inspections and condition assessments in industrial settings.
• Familiarity with ISO 18436-7, ISO 9712, ASNT SNT-TC-1A, ASNT CP-105.
• Excellent instructional and presentation skills, able to engage adult learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver thermography certification and training across classroom, onsite, and virtual settings.
• Lead lectures, hands-on demos, and practical exercises for technical learners.
• Develop and update course materials and assessments.
• Support exam administration and provide feedback to learners.
